ThreeJS Hit detection obstacle course

This is the Mark II of the basic hit detection system demo that I put together last year. It features a more advanced environment collision detection system, a set of classes for abstracting phsyical input device data into a single API, an events system that coordinates the loading of meshes, playing of sounds, changing of lights, and a custom asset loader.
